Support contracts

        We offer 24x7 support contracts for OS and networking support.  These contracts are for as little as 6 months and are billed on a monthly basis (fees due at the start of each month for that month).

         Support contracts are purchased in allotments of 10 hours and any additional hours needed are billed at the rate of the contract, not at current rates!
